Immerse yourself in inspirational ambience for creative writing. Its your journal. Its your diary. Its your log book.

The Dream Log serves as a 21st century writing tool, taking advantage of modern technology unavailable in a bound paper journal. Choose a different motif and font on each entry you make. Fonts are styled in bold for onscreen legibility, but export in normal weight via email, print, or PDF. You can also share your entries via Facebook, LiveJournal, or Blogger.

"If you love to write, whether it is about your dreams or not, this is a lovely app and you will enjoy it. You could certainly use any number of note-taking apps to accomplish similar goals, but this one will turn your writing into an experience." — PadGadget

Privacy is important when it comes to journalling. The lovingly styled Locking Mechanism will ensure that your writings are secure from unwelcome eyes. The lock will activate anytime your iPad is unattended. Its also fully optional, and can be deactivated easily.

The iPad already makes a perfect writing tool under low light situations; you need not turn on a bedside lamp. The Dream Log takes this advantage even further. Rather than blasting your sensitive, freshly awakened eyes with bright backgrounds, The Dream Log utilizes a color palette of light text against mid-tone colors. The other interface elements shift to complement the images as you switch skins.

You can search within The Dream Log for entries, and organize them by date created or the last time you viewed them. Select a phrase from your entry, and The Dream Log will search search the web for a dream interpretation.

The Dream Log can help with a morning writing practice with an alarm clock that features thirteen chimes and an intuitive interface. Its ambient tones were specifically chosen to keep the last moments of your dreams from shifting into nightmares. To set the alarm time, simply drag the clock hands. The fantastic styling of the clock face inspires dreaming of other worlds, and the clock shifts colors, too, to match motif.

“The Dream Log…performs well in the role it was designed for. If you’d like to record your dreams before they fade out of memory give it a try.” — iPad N Gravy
